He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Koplen and Delsie Koplen (Dehn). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lau; his daughter Kelly Koplen (Marco Krienke); his brother Jeff (Sue) of Owatonna; his parents-in-law, Dave and Marlene Lau (Goltz); his brother-in-law David Lau (Katie); and his nephews, Curtis Koplen, David Koplen, David Lau and Wallace Lau.
