She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah Cook and Floyd Cook; her husband Rodney G. Lentz; her siblings, Nancy, Barbara, Marilynn, Cliff and Herbie; her son Randy; and her grandsons, Johnathon and Jeremiah Lentz.
She is survived by: her children, Loriann Schiel, Daniel Lentz (Bonnie) and Floyd Lentz (Leticia). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
