He is survived by: his parents, Larry Bender and Vicky Bender; his wife Alison "Aly" Bender; his sons, Ryan and Nathan Bender; his sister Nicole Means (Lawrence); his grandmother Ardis Lehman; and his uncle Kenny. He is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, and other family members.
In remembrance of Tony's life, his family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, any memorials be made in care of Alison Bender for their young sons.
