He is survived by: his former wife Carol Fransen; his fiancée Kathy Tewes of Jackson, Minnesota; his children, Bryon Neal, Paul Neal (Rachelle) of Jackson, Minnesota and Lisa Will (Corey) of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota; his brother Gene Neal (Mary Ellen) of North Mankato; and his grandchildren, Andrew Neal, Carin Jensen (Luke), Natalie Neal, Zachary Neal, Caleb Will and Chloe Will. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
