She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Cihak and Mayme Cihak; her husband Bill Dunker Jr.; her former husband Everett Tusa; and her children, Julie Giesen (Norman) of Milbank, John Dunker (Christine) of Forney, Texas, Amy Dunker of Dubuque, Elizabeth Mosley (Steve) of Hastings, Minnesota and Michael Dunker. She was also cherished by 15 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
