We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2025, at the age of 86, Mary Helen Hecht of Jackson, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Ambrose and Genevieve Ambrose; her husband Robert Hecht, Sr.; her brother James Ambrose; her daughter-in-law LuAnn Hecht; her parents-in-law, Wilfred and Sarah Hecht; and her stepmother-in-law Wilma Hecht.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Hecht Jr. (Sandy), Teresa Hopman (Al), Timothy Hecht, Thomas Hecht (LuAnn), Jayne Wilhelm (Phil Fanning), Cynthia Jones (Scott) and Nancy Urban (Kevin); and her siblings-in-law, Kenneth Hecht (Diana) and Donna Hecht. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren.
A prayer was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 4:30 PM. Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church (311 N Sverdrup Ave, Jackson, MN 56143). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
