He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dykstra and Mary Dykstra; his brothers, Dewey, Jake, Marvin, Charles, Don and Frank; and his nephews, David, Joel, Jeffrey, Jim, Kevin and Kalen Ratzlaff.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his daughters, Kim Boase (Brian) and Karen Dykstra Nielsen (Mark); his grandchildren, Matt (Allison), Jordan (Bailey) and Adam (Margaret); and his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Cannon and Scarlett.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
