He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Polz and Verna Polz (Oelke); his siblings-in-law, Junior Cole and Teresa Polz; and his niece Nicole Scheff.
He is survived by: his son Shane Polz (Lyndsey); and his siblings, David Polz, Paul Polz, Mary Baumann (Walter), John Polz (Jen), Jim Polz (Jane), Pat Cole and Norma Kolander (Craig). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
