He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest F Palmer and Ella Palmer (Onken); his brothers, Orval, Vern and Loren; and his brother-in-law Dr Elton Wing.
He is survived by: his wife Ardy (Wing); and his children, Sharon Kaare (Steve) of Eden Prairie, MN, Lisa Hoffman (Glen) of New Ulm, MN, Debbie Nelson (Tim) of New Ulm, MN and Brian Nyborg of Jackson, MN. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorial donations in memory of Jerome are preferred.
