He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Handevidt and Augusta Handevidt (Grunst); and his daughter Nikki. He is survived by: his wife Mavis Christopher; his children, Jeff Handevidt (Sharon) of Lake Elmo, Patti Wachal (Don) of Jackson, Minnesota and Chris Handevidt (Tammy) of Jackson, Minnesota; and his sister Luetta Seim of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
