He was predeceased by: his father Glenn Sebby; and his brother Dale Sebby. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Sebby (Walter); his partner Sandy Johnson; his children, Kevin Sebby (Leigh) and Rachel Mathias (Lee); his grandchildren, Jaxon, Tyson Sebby, Hunter, Hilary and Tanner Mathias; and his brother Daniel Sebby. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
