He was predeceased by: his parents, Judd Palmer and Helen Palmer (Roesner); his siblings, Judd, Tom Palmer, Mildred Greiner (George), Donna Mae Palmer and Bonnie Olson (Mel); and his siblings-in-law, Harlan Place, Don Svoboda, Robert Lev, Darrell Lev (Betty), Cecil Lev (Norma) and Dick Lev (Donna).
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Palmer of Jackson; his children, Glenn Palmer (Shelly) of Lakefield, Lonna Burmeister (Bruce) of Lakefield, Donna Bisaillon (Mike) of Lakefield, Scott Kuehl (Kendra) of Grand Island, NE and Kristy Harmening (Chad) of Papillion, NE; and his sisters-in-law, Doris Palmer of Worthington, Loretta Palmer of Lakefield, Evonne Place of Lakefield and Patty Svoboda of Jackson. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
