Henry Bruns Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry Bruns of Ivanhoe, Minnesota, who passed away on November 12, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Bruns and Irene Bruns (Ebbinga); his wife Betty Ann; and his siblings, Andrew, Reiner, Walter, Herman, Alma, Ilene and Grace.
He is survived by: his children, Clyde Bruns (Joy) of Marshall, Myra Talbert (Phil) of Shelby, NC and Lyle Bruns (Mary Kay) of Maplewood, MN; his grandchildren, Jennifer Gregoire (Luke), Vicky Freiss (Parker), Hannah Hutchings-Bielaszja (Kris), Kendal Hutchings, Lorene McGrane (Josh) and Taylor Bruns (Jake Pederson); his stepgrandchildren, Mathias Talbert (Lexi) and Thadius Talbert; his great grandchildren, Jared, Gavin, Connor Gregoire, Paysen Freiss, Gideon and Arwin McGrane; and his siblings, Les Bruns (Barb) and Alice Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bethany-Elim Lutheran Church (102 Co Rd 5, Ivanhoe, MN 56142). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
