With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Blaine Kurth of Ivanhoe, Minnesota, born in Hendricks, Minnesota, who passed away on October 17, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Kurth and Bernice Kurth (Nelson); his brother-in-law John McCarthy; his brother David; his nephews, Todd and Brett Kurth; and his parents-in-law, Raymond and Merl Lovestrand.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Kurth (Lovestrand) of Sioux Falls, SD; his children, Brad Kurth (Judi) of Wilmar, AL, Cami Veire and Kevin Kurth (Kelli) of Marshall, MN; his grandchildren, Chad Veire (Kristen), Chelsey Veire, Travis Johnson of Rogers, MN, Ashley Kurth of Wilmar, AL, Molly Tschetter (Caleb) of Rapid City, SD and Zachary Kurth of Marshall, MN; his sister Marcy McCarthy of Stacy, MN; his sister-in-law Sylvia Kurth of Lake Benton, MN; and also, Jeff Veire of Sioux Falls, SD and Lincoln of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Family prefers memorials to Bethany-Elim Church or the Ivanhoe Veterans Memorial Fund.
