She is survived by: her sister Grace Prokasky (Dick); her sister-in-law Sue Peterson (Eileen Falk); her nieces and nephews, Sherri Lofgren (Mike), Michael Falk (Julie), Patricia LeVasseur and Joseph Falk (Monica); her grandchildren, Michael Lofgren, Tyler Falk (Nicole), Sean Lofgren (Kristine), Alicia LeVasseur, Brittany Silverness (Jaziel), Jordan Westergren (Dallas), Benjamin Falk, Matthew LeVasseur (Myriah) and Joshua Falk (Madison); and her great grandchildren, Kyle Lofgren, Kolby Lofgren, Alyssa Lofgren, Bryar Lofgren, Marshall LeVasseur, Deklan Lofgren, Breccan Falk, Asher Lofgren, Lucan Falk, Baylor Falk and Finley Westergren. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
