He is survived by: his wife Linda Bullivant; his children, Jenny (Neil Adams) and Lucas (Misty); his grandchildren, Kendra Erickson, Cameron and Monica Wilkes; his brothers, David Erickson (Patti), Garland and Elanor Bullivant; and his grandson Conner Holtz. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
