He is survived by: his siblings, Dan Cook (Joan), Gary Cook, Linda Cook Fox and Joe Cook (Cheri); and his brothers-in-law, Don Wehseler and Doug Fox. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews great-nieces and great-nephews.
