He is survived by: his mother Alice VandenBerg (Terpstra); his close friend Ethel Klein; his siblings, Jenine Swanson (Rick) and Billy VandenBerg (Kathy); and also, Amy Trunk and Ashley Trunk. He is also survived by his nephews and nieces and grandnephews and grandnieces.
