He is survived by: his children, Tammie Green (Scott), Julie Urban (Bill) and Andrew Craigmile (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Kayla, Keil, Carter, Connor and Cianna; and his sister Sonja VanBinsbergen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
