He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hitchings and Ethel Hitchings; his sister Shirley Goodmanson; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Goodmanson and Morrie Small.
He is survived by: his close friends, Betty and Chuck; his wife Janice; his children, Tim Hitchings (Karn), Terri Hitchings (Tom Hauge), Tad Hitchings (Christina Clark) and Traci Doege (Brent); his siblings, Cliff Hitchings (Pat) and LaDonna Small; his grandchildren, Tristin, Elise, Emily, MaKayla and Spencer; and his great grandchild Allee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
