Shirley Mauriala Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Mauriala (Isanti, Minnesota), born in Cotton, Minnesota, who passed away on January 31, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Finnish Immigrants and Eliina Laakso (Rajamaki); her siblings, Bruno, Eino, Ilmar, Aune, Violet Laakso and Ellen Maki; and her son Paul David.

She is survived by: her husband Paul Mauriala; her children, John (Debbie), Phil (Karen), Rebecca Kuehn (Bill) and Ruthy Horner (Jon); her grandchildren, Jonathan, Ben (Nichole), Alysha, Reed, Faith, Joe, Megan (Ryan), Michael, Matt and Zoe; and her great grandchildren, Nathen, Hope, Ellie, Dominic, Landon, Addison, Ian, Addilynn, Kai and Aurora.

Memorials will be donated to the St Francis Christian School to expand the Hand bell Choir.
