He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ethar Owens and Maxine Owens (Binkley); his siblings, David, Ernest and Wanda; his nephew Raymond J; his former wife Anne Tearney; his children, Christine, John (Jesse), James (Janine) and Jacob; his siblings, Joe (Rita), Paul (Faith), Regina Rice (Phil) and Lana Cerrata (Bob); and his grandchildren, Dyllen, Tony, Jonathan, Raina, Carrie, Kileigh, Alivia, River and Abby. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews; and many friends.
