He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Brytle Swanson and Ida Mae Swanson (Jones); his sister Janette Spraguer; his wife LaVerne; his children, Jamie Swanson (Brenda) of Midland, Lynelda Palm (Lyndon) of Isanti and David Swanson (Wanda) of Isanti; and his siblings, Duane Swanson (Kathy) of Cross Lake, Delbert Swanson (Sharon) of Oak Park, Melvin Swanson (Mary Ann) of Milaca and Judy Foyen (Jerry) of Princeton. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
