It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel (Schweiger) Hagen of Isanti, Minnesota, who passed away on May 29, 2022, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Brooke (Reece), Xachary and Kendelle; her parents, Phil Schweiger and Patti Schweiger; her sisters, Hope Holler (Josh), Tara Schweiger and Emily Schweiger; her nieces and nephews, Ashlee, Amber, Madison of Michael, JD, Finn, Gracie, William and Ezekiel; her boyfriend Dustin Wickoren; her close friend Megan Paulson; and her pets, Jewels and Brandy. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
