We are sad to announce that on December 3, 2020, Lucille Dalzell of Isanti, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Due of COVID they were isolated in their apartment and plans were made to move into the Scheumann home to have support with family.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to NAB Mission Japan.
