He is survived by: his daughter Teresa; his wife Mary Ann; his children, Dan Johnson (Kathy), Brian Johnson (Jennifer) and Terri Knabe; his grandchildren, Kally (Phil), Jonathon (Sannam) and Garrett; and his great grandchildren, Tatum, Carter, Layla and Michael. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and other family members.
