She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Nelson and Hildie Nelson (Lingman); her husband Rubin Johnson; her son Steven; her grandson Lucas Gleason; her daughters-in-law, Cindy Johnson and Judy Johnson; her siblings, Adelaine Gustafson, Verna Miller, Lorraine Sonsting, Elroy Nelson and Lowell Nelson; and her siblings-in-law, Harvey Norberg, Virgil Gustafson, Harold Miller, Ole Sonsting and Lorraine Nelson.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Johnson, Shawna Gleason (Timothy) and Bradley Johnson (Katie); her grandchildren, Adam (Shay), Melissa (Nate), Eric, Coral (Steve), Leah (Brad), Bjorn (Maureen), Laurenn, Brock (Emily), Jasmine and R. J.; her great grandchildren, Jessica, Travis, Tony, Dylan, Trent, Gunnar, Brook, Gloria, Jeremiah, Rubin, Clair, Faviola, Elsa, Marilyn, Savannah, Hugo, Lorenzo, Kimber and Donovan; her great great grandchildren, Olive, Kelsey and Eden; and her siblings, Joyce Norberg and Ladell Nelson. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
