He was predeceased by: his children, Deborah and Steven; his parents, Clarence Pulcher and Amanda Pulcher (Block); his wife Arlene Pulcher; his grandson Xavier; and his siblings, Carolyn and Aldon (Roberta).
He is survived by: his children, Jeff and Julie (Randy); his friend Roberta; his son-in-law Randy; his friends, Kathy, Sarah and April; his siblings, David and Diane; his grandchildren, Heidi (Todd), Angie (Brent), Brian, Steven (Michelle), Stephanie (Andy), Shannon (Cory), Brandon, Zachery (Jennifer), Nicole and Taz; and his stepgrandchildren, Rachelle (Sam), Rebecca, Ryan (Andrea), Russ and Rhiannon (Dylan). He is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great Grandsons, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
