He was predeceased by: his father Ronald; his father-in-law Jerry Wesloh; and his uncle David Hedman. He is survived by: his spouses, Annissa Holt and Deb; his children, Shalea, James, Zach, Miranda and Jay; his mother Edna Carlson; and his siblings, Lora Collis (Darren) and Dean. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
