She is survived by: her children, Mary Guerrero (Todd), Barb Huot (Tom), Jen Dickerson (Tom) and Chuck Winkler (Marnee Knetsch); her brothers, Dave Loch (Jo) and Frank Loch (Kathi); her grandchildren, Will Guerrero, Jessica Lahti (Nick), Kate Doll (Mark), Allie Fleitman (Travis), Simon Dickerson and Grace Dickerson; and her great grandchildren, Clara, Mabel, George, Emma and Agnes. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
As Tom struggled with Alzheimer's, Carole glided naturally into the role of primary care-taker, shouldering that daunting responsibility for almost fifteen years.
