He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Jacobsen and Jacob Jacobsen; and also Shirley. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Kuntz (Michael) of Center City, MN, James Jacobsen (Carrie) of Stacy, MN and Mark Jacobsen of Cambridge, MN.; his grandchildren, Megan Kuntz of Center City, MN, Stephan Kuntz (Jeni) of North Branch, MN, Eryn Reedy (Monty) of Mineral Wells, TX, Jimmy Jacobsen (Jessica) of Backus, MN and Joey Jacobsen (Brittany) of Rush City, MN.; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Teagan, Taesyn Kuntz, Kaelyn Magnani, Kanin, Rozyn Borntrager and James Jacobsen.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the South Isanti Baptist Church (3367 County Rd 5, Isanti, MN 55040). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Old Bethel/Wyatt Cemetery.
