He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Abbott and Vivian Abbott; and his sister LaVonne McCalvy. He is survived by: his wife Kristi Abbott; his children, Justin Abbott (Kelsie) and Trisha Abbott; his grandchildren, Dylan, Alyssa, Braydon and Elyjah Abbott; and his sisters, Penny Valiquet (Louie) and Jane "Bubbles" Manske.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Myrin-James American Legion Post 232 (232 4th St, Ironton, MN 56455). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
