It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eino Melvin Santi (Iron, Minnesota), who passed away on April 16, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Urho Santi and Hannah Santi (Juola); his daughter Marie Carol Santi; his brothers, Arnold and Edwin Santi; his great grandchild Jack Butler; and his nephews, Willy Wiita and Glen Santi.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Putikka (Zakula); his children, Elaine Santi of Iron, Lisa Butler (Don) of Iron and Eric Santi (Susan) of Iron; his grandchildren, Bobby Butler (Amber), Julie Butler (Ed Anderson) and Billy Butler (Wynona Clinton); his great grandchildren, Maija, James, Annalisa and Johnathan; and his sister Hilda Miller. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many special friends.
