It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vicky Louise (Miller) Kirchoff in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, who passed away on July 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her son Scott Allen Kirchoff; her grandchildren, Ian Kirchoff and Osa Kirchoff; her great grandchild Stella Rose Kirchoff; and her siblings, Sandi Koehnen, Ted Kirchoff, Jeff Moehn (Celeste), Scott Moehn, Shelley Rodriguez Moehn and Brook Moehn Safarian. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
