She was predeceased by: her father Alvin Torgerson; and her brother-in-law Rodney Zimmerman. She is survived by: her nephew Ezra Branvold; her husband Robert; her mother Beverly Torgerson; her son Brent (Mary Dvorak); and her siblings, Diane Sawyer (Tom), Gary Torgerson (Jane), Richard Torgerson (Lora), Pamela Snyder (Tripp) and Cathy Bibeau (Dennis). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives & friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) or to Cerenity, Humboldt.
