She was predeceased by: her former husband Raymond Taack; her parents, Donald Mahan and Olive Mahan; and her brother Gary. She is survived by: her husband Charles Nyberg; her children, Barb Fox (Tom) and David Taack (Gina); her grandchildren, Leah (Ryan), Derek (Indalia), Sara (Nate), Erin and Jimmy; her great grandchild Lorenzo; her son-in-law John Kiefat (Ruth); her stepchildren, David Nyberg (Kathy), Jim Nyberg, Scott Nyberg and Cheri Dietrich (Bob); her grandchildren, Joe, Rachel, Amy (Jesse), Aaron, Sarah (Matt), Courtney (Mike) and Jourdan (Blake); and her great grandchildren, Graham, Paige, Maia and Jameson.
