He is survived by: his wife Jean Retka; his siblings, Myrtle Hanzel (Bob) of New Prague, Shirley Hickey of St. Paul, Allan Retka (Sandi) and Peggy Rosdahl (Dennis) of Spokane, WA; his children, Steve Armel of Isle, Kathy Odden (Bud) of Isle, Nancy Remer (David) of Isle, John Retka (Denise) of Dayton, MN and James Retka of Walker, MN; and his grandchildren, Shannon, Megan, Ben, Mallory, Shondra, Ryan, Lucas, Jacob, David Jr., Joseph, Nola, Matthew, Christa, Sam and Jada.
