He was predeceased by: his son Richard; his parents, Stanley and Harriett; and his brothers, Dennis, Richard and Stanley.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Rosanne (Scott), Melissa (Rob) and Patrick; his daughter-in-law Patty; his grandchildren, Ryan, Megan, Mackenzie and Riley; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler (Maddie), Maddie (Elias), Ellie and Tharon; and his brother Jim (Kristy). He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
