He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Friedl and Gertrude Friedl (Zientek); his children, Thomas Friedl of Park Rapids, MN, James Fried, Sr. (Kathleen) of McGregor, MN, Catherine Remackel (Matt) and Margaret Trupe (Dave) of Ellsworth, MN; his brothers, Larry and David; and his wife Mary Louise. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
On January 21 Richard "Dick" Friedl passed into eternal life at the age of 92, succumbing to the debilitating effects that Covid left behind.
