She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Sheri), Theresa, Ronald "Pete" (Danette), Patricia Mateyka (Steve) and Diane (William); her grandchildren, Bridget (Ben) and Cody; and her great grandchildren, Jacob and Lucas. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
