He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Chambers and Elaine Chambers (Kress); and his siblings, Steven Chambers and Joanne Chambers. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Benally (Jay) and Shawna Jarvis (Michael); his grandsons, Graham and Levi Jarvis; and his siblings, Terry Chambers (Cheryl), Jack Chambers and Carole Hitt (John).
