He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Delores; his son Steven; and his sister Karen Schmidt. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his son Terry (Valerie); his sister Corinne Orsborn (Charles); and his stepdaughter Tina Swanson. He is also survived by grandchildren & great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial preferred to the Parkinson's Foundation.
