He was predeceased by: his wives, Marcia and Barb; his parents, Horace Parks and Doreen Nelson (Lynn); and his siblings, Robert, Gloria, Gerry, Phil and Dawn Marie.

He is survived by: his children, Melissa Blair (Josh), Jessica Weise (Jed) and David; his granddaughter Kinsley; and his siblings, Richard (Gail), Karla Nelson and Kelly Dorr (Shannon).
