We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2021, at the age of 43, Kathryn E. Shier of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kathryn E. Shier to pay them a last tribute.

She is survived by: her parents, Robert "Bob" Shier and Patrice "Patty" Shier; her foster sons, Anthony and Malik Brown; her siblings, Michael (Deanna), Amy and Bryan Shier; and her nieces and nephews, Lauren, Abigail, Sarah, Gavin and Devon Shier. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family for donations to Katie's care team.
