She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Stevens and Elsie Stevens (Dorn); her husband Donald L. Manz of Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Church; her siblings, Cynthia (Deborah), Donna Schuppenhauer (Harold), Allyn Stevens, Robert Stevens, Lynn Stevens and William Stevens (Eunice); and her nieces, Louise Sexton, Sheryl Hayes and Cynthia Fort.
She is survived by: her children, Dean Manz (Theresa), Lori Billmeyer (Brian) and Lisa Sexton (Clint); her grandchildren, Nicole Scissons (Jacob), Luke Manz (Karlye), Aaron Manz, Brandon Billmeyer (Madeline), Travis Billmeyer (Briana), Tanner Billmeyer and Stevie Lacher; her children, Ava, William, Isaac Scissons, Tristen Wittmer, Avely and Piper Billmeyer; her brothers, Jim Stevens (Sandie) and David Stevens (Sue); her sisters-in-law, Alice Stevens and Mary Stevens; her son-in-law Joe Lacher; and her close friend Sandy Knopp. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews.
Judy requested memorials be directed to ALS Association or to National Federation of the Blind of Minnesota.
