He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Polakoski Sr. and Frances Polakoski; and his siblings, Judy Heiss and Gary Polakoski. He is survived by: his girlfriend Tina; his son David; his sisters, Laurie Seaton (Bob) and Marnee Sanders; his sister-in-law Frances Trice (Donny Cheung); his niece Tiffanea Mulder (Jeff); his friends, Nicole Clausen, Ed, Mike Pfluger, Greg Hakanson, Katie Kammerude, Julie Young, Valerie Zilka, Drew (Kayla) and Lloyd Rogers; and also, Norm, Ruth Henslin, John and Rayme Schlichenmeyer. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home (8108 Barbara Ave E, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55077). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
