He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Rudquist and Helena Rudquist; his grandson Jade; and his brother Wayne Rudquist. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, William "Beau" Monday and Angela Young (John); his daughter-in-law Mandy Myhre (Dan Bloomquist); his grandsons, Jacob, Justin, Nathan, Elijah and Joseph; his siblings, Richard Rudquist (Leslie) and Lynn Nichols (late Gene); and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Christensen (Ken), Steve (Gail Hanson) and Bernard Willer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to MAC-V http://www.mac-v.org.
