He is survived by: his wife Shelly Holzemer; his children, Jackie (Joe), Andy (Annie) and Tim (Laura); and his grandchildren, Shauna, Sam, Harrison, Anna, Charlie, Aurora and Ella. He is also survived by in-laws, relatives and many special friends.
