It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evangeline Joyce Staples of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, born in Lansford, North Dakota, who passed away on October 26, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Albert Foster and Lenora Foster; her husband Frank Manley Staples; and her children, Cynthia, Alan and David. She was also cherished by her children, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
