He was predeceased by: his brothers, Donald (Sylvia), Arnold and Herb (Fran); and his son-in-law Rob Sage. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Loren (Kim), Kris Sage and Dave (Tom); his grandchildren, Jessica (Jeffrey), Jason (Emily) and Cassie (Matt); his brother Duane (Carol); and his sister-in-law Peggy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family & friends.
